so i was surfing through music vids today and came upon an old one, MIA's paper planes. suddenly it occurred to me, this girl is a true badass. she doesnt try to prove anything to anyone and she seriously is her own person. i commend you MIA!

lazy monday

i am as bored as can be. none of my friends can hang out and my personal life is in turmoil once again due to yet another boy. i think i should just be independent for awhile. sounds like a good plan. summer has been amazing so far. life seems to be coming together after my horrid breakup, at least. cheerleading has been going well. i just try to avoid this one girl who is annoying. sorry i havent posted in awhile. my camera broke, so i have to wait until my next paycheck to get a new one. oh yes, thats right i never told everyone that i work. at mcdonalds. yes, snicker now, but it actually is a very good job. the schedules are great. they work with my calendar. and the pay isnt that bad either.
hopefully this summer will be better...its looking up though :)

a true fox

though many people scold megan fox for her short temper and uncontrolled behavior, i applaud her. she definitely is living life to the fullest. not many people can play the bitch in movies as well as she can. she also happens to be, in my opinion, one of the most gorgeous young women in hollywood. call me crazy, but how could you disagree with me?

my go-to outfit

im in florida now and its blazing hot, so i would not wear this here. however, where i live, the climate can get pretty chilly. so this is my go-to outfit.

i do use men's sweaters alot in my style. they are a little baggier, which contrasts with the tight leggings. the red color of the sweater and the tan boots also complement each other.

the cut

so allure dedicated a few pages to the ultimate haircut. it was interesting due to the fact that they claimed it worked on everyone. could this possibly be true? im quite skeptical. however, im diving into the deep end and experiencing the cut for myself. yes, next week i am hacking my long brown locks in favor of a breezier style.
im hoping that allure got it right.

yes, its really simple. but you can change it up with accessories and makeup options. best part is, it looks great on everyone! believe me, im only 4'11. tuck the shirt in and add a colorful skinny belt for a sophisticated style, or leave the shirt untucked for a more laid back look. play it up with black or brown booties when going out.
