first of all, let me clarify that i am NOT VERY GOOD. im new at this. i think it takes balls, however, to even put up photos or show your talent online. so if you're a hater, it's not even worth it.
i am a budding photographer. i dont have a fancy camera or good equipment. as far as im concerned, its just myself and my little red camera with a cracked screen. im not ashamed though. everyone starts somewhere. im just so excited to begin blogging my photos and thoughts.
i come from a family of artists and businessfolk alike. my mother is a painter, my father an insurance salesman with his own company. my sister is currently studying journalism and new media. im kind of a lost soul in my family. i dont look like my dad or my mom. im very unique, but im learning to accept how i am as time goes on. i am just a teenager, after all.
this blog is an eye opener for me. i want to read comments from people who know what real photography is. i also want to broaden my scope on the world. after living in a small town all my life, i feel like im going a bit stir crazy. but my surroundings are quite peaceful and its usually pretty overcast, which is good for taking pictures (or so i hear).
so discover my world through the eye of my camera. i never leave home without it. what i see, you see. and be sure to comment! im eager to hear everyones opinion, and i want to grow.
